This heater is built to last and designed with safety in mind. The outer shell is crafted from PC plastic, which is significantly more heat-resistant than traditional ABS material, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 180℃. The heating rod itself is made from explosion-proof and insulated quartz glass, coupled with a double-sealing waterproof design. This robust construction effectively prevents both water and electricity leakage, making it much safer for you and your beloved fish.
Intelligent and Precise Temperature Control
Equipped with a nickel-chromium heating wire, the AQQA aquarium heater provides fast and highly accurate temperature control within a range of 59-93℉. The heater intelligently powers off when it reaches your set temperature and automatically restarts heating when the water temperature drops by just 1℉. This ensures a consistently stable and comfortable living environment for your fish.
Easy Installation and Convenient Temperature Setting
Installation is a breeze; simply secure the heater at any angle using the two powerful suction cups, making sure it’s fully submerged in the water. You can easily set the temperature with the external controller, keeping your hands dry. Just press the button for 3 seconds to switch between ℉ and ℃, and each press adjusts the temperature by 1℉/℃. (Please note that the controller itself is not waterproof).
Comprehensive Heater Protection System
This heater features a robust protection system for added security. With anti-dry heating and overheating protection, the heater will automatically stop heating and display an “E1” alert on the controller if it’s not fully submerged in water. Similarly, if the water temperature exceeds 95℉/35℃, the heater will cease heating and display an “HH” alert on the controller, effectively protecting your fish from over-heat scalding.
Important Considerations:
For optimal performance and safety, ensure the aquarium heater is fully submerged in water, but do not bury it in sand or mud. Placing the heater near a water flowing area helps prevent uneven heating. Always unplug the power supply when cleaning your fish tank or performing water changes.
