Information about AQQA Aquarium Heater with Intelligent External Controller
Keep your aquarium’s water temperature stable and safe with this high-tech heater. It offers rapid heating and advanced safety features, making it a reliable choice for any aquarist.
Rapid Heating
The aquarium heater uses a chrome-nickel heating wire that raises the water to temperature quickly and safely. When the water temperature is detected to be 2°F/2°C below the set temperature, it will automatically heat up until it reaches the set temperature. For high-power heaters, please purchase according to the recommended tank size.
Dry Burning-resistant Protection
When the heater probe detects that the water surface is 1 inch below the top, it automatically cuts off and resumes when it is fully submerged in the water. The probe is on the top of the heater, so please place the heater correctly.
Overtemperature Protection
When the water temperature is higher than the set temperature by more than 3°F/3°C, the power will turn off, and heating will stop. When the water temperature is less than 3°F/3°C higher than the set temperature, the high-temperature alarm will be released.
Energy-saving
The temperature control is accurate to ±1°C, which saves up to 20% energy compared to conventional fish tank heaters. You can long-press the SET button to convert between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
Precautions For Use
Please disassemble and check that the quartz glass tube is not cracked before use. Do not bury the heater. It must be used with a water circulation system, such as a wavemaker or filter. Please disassemble and clean the heater every 1-2 weeks.
Set temperature is 59°F – 93°F (15°C – 34°C).
Press the button once to increase by 1°F or 1°C. When the highest set temperature of 93°F or 34°C is reached, pressing again will reback to the lowest set temperature.
Safety protection with automatic power cut-off
Out of water power off : the heater is detected to 1inch away from the water surface, automatically cut off power. To resume, fully submerge it back into the water.
Overtemperature protection: Setting temperature more than 3℉ above water temperature to activate, Difference less than 3℉ recovery.
